hi guys. Im a newbie and right now im using my buddy's old goliath golf set. Im looking to buy myself a new set of irons that wont cost me an arm and a leg. I found the Wilson fat shaft IV Hybrid irons for 100 bux plus shipping on ebay. Could someone tell me if they'r decent irons?

Wilson makes decent irons for a beginner. Including hybrids instead of long irons in the set is a good idea.

I found the fat shafts play pretty stiff for their rating. As ET posts, the hybrids are an easier club to use over long irons.

Well if you can afford a few more bucks... I would find a set of Adams A2OS. I use to have some fat shaft and now running Adams. They are a highly ranked club and not a ton of money.

thanks for the input guys. I tried them out at golf town yesterday and they felt good. I ordered them on ebay and hopefully they arrive before the weekend. :)
