Most things like lie angle adjustments are free if you leave your clubs there for 2 days. They can also do it on the spot, but may charge a fee for that. If you book a fitting apointment (which is also free) they will make any adjustments you need on the spot. Ping rocks.

with Ping its best to call ahead and make an appointment and all adjustments are free and done at that time. Walk-in turn around time is 2-3 days.

Is it true they will add or take off say 1 inch to your shafts lengths free of charge also? I know they will adjust the lie but what about the length of the shaft?
Thanks,
Jeff

does anyone know if you get work done at Ping Canada and there is a problem, will they fix it for free including shipping?
I got my S59s reshafted by Ping 2 years ago and a couple of the ferrules are coming loose. But I don't have time to go all the way to Oakville and would rather drop the clubs off at the nearest Golf Town.

I don't think your situation merits such measure since the loose ferrule(s) is easily remedied with a drop of instant glue or epoxy at nominal cost to yourself and only a few minutes worth of time.
Ferrules do come loose.

Good point. Can I use any instant glue or epoxy? Or does it need to be a specific type? I don't want to cause any problems should I need any future work on the clubs.

that's all ping would do in this case, except to additionally check and ensure that the shaft is in fact secure.
-any of the instant glue will do,the formulas are all the same.
-5minute epoxy will do the job as well.
-You can loosen the ferrule by running it under hot water for a minute. put a single drop of instant glue at the juncture of the shaft and hosel and push the ferrule firmly down. With epoxy you put it on the shaft and push the ferrule down in a twisting motion.
-ferrules are normally cut off before any future reshafting is done,so gluing the ferrules will not compromise any future work
wear protective eyegoggles with instant glue

I did not realize you use Ping irons. I always thought you use another brand.
