Hi i'm new to this site and was just wondering I have a cobra driver 400 cc driver and have both of these shafts and was wondering which one would best suit this driver. I've heard that the aldila best suits large headed drivers 460 cc could somebody help me out with some info. Thanks

Two totally different shafts, with the YS6 being the softer of the two.

Thanks for the replies. I'm not sure about my exact swing speed but i'm looking for a lower ball flight with added distance. The shaft that is in the club is a mitsubishi rayon sl- 60 stiff flex. I forgot to mention the club is offset if that matters.

what's your current carry on your drives (good and bad hits). what's the dispersion currently with your ball (to the right? left? by how many yards off centre?).

Try the Aldila NV65. Nice low ball flight on that one.

The proto will offer the lower ball flight of the 2 shafts you have mentioned.
