Want to buy Clublink Membership

I am interested in buying a Clublink Membership, ideally in the west end of the GTA. I understand there are a number of shell companies that have been set up that only hold hold the CL memberships. This was a creative way to get arround CL's non transfer restrictions. Apparently this 'secondary' market have prices lower than CL's level 4 pricing.
