Hey all,

Can anyone give any advice as to the best (cheapest/most reliable) method to ship a club from BC and how much one should expect to pay?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

FedEx....always use a reliable carrier that also offers tracking so you can keep an eye on your package.

Second would be xPress Post...

What hybrid you looking for? I might have one so ya don't have to fork out $25 in shipping....and it's a sexy 585H. :D

A set of 8 irons is typically around $20-$25 between Ontario and BC. I think that the cheapest method is Canpar. I don't remember if they track at this price point. I personally doubt it.

One can use the online cost estimators for the various couriers (UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Canada Post). Just generally need the weight and shipping box dimensions. I would hazard to guess that the cost to ship one club would probably be in the $12-$15 range.

I have accounts with all the major and not so major couriers...

Get your best rate from one of them, take 40% off and give me the money, I will have them taken care of for you :D

I've always found the cheapest method is Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery Confirmation and insurance up to $100 is included, and for an extra $1 you can get a signature. Delivery Confirmation is not as good as a courier's tracking system, but I've never had problems with delivery. Should take about a week to arrive.

Also, if the buyer paid you via PayPal then you can print a pre-paid shipping label from the PayPal site, get discounted rates and pay for the shipping charges out of your PayPal balance. Really convenient feature and usually the cheapest method.

That is convenient El Tigre. Thanks alot. It is actually he who will possibly be shipping the club should the deal go through ok I'm just trying to get some leg work done for him and estimate the pricing.

Thanks for all your help you guys.
