Where do I get one of these umbrella/chairs?

Anyone know where in the GTA I can buy one of these umbrellas with handle that doubles as a chair/stool?

I dont know where you would get 1 out there..........but in the U.K these are very popular at race courses! ( horse racing ).

I havent seen any in the golf shops myself they are more for sport spectators than sport players!

I was thinking it would be perfect for the President's Cup this weekend with the weather forecast calling for occasional showers. Oh well, I guess I have to carry a chair and an umbrella.
