RSS Feed to Forums

Does anyone know if there is an RSS feed to the forums. These days I like to monitor the forums for new threads via RSS instead of visitting every day. Helps me get through the new posts faster.

I read the FAQ and notice that it is possible if the moderator turns on the option. Would this be possible?
