new GAO/RCGA Site

I'm having trouble logging into the new site.

Used my ID number and added the GAO in front as suggested. (i.e GAO555555), used my previous password and tried their reset password of 123456.

No luck.

Sent an email to 'support' and am waiting for an answer.

Any suggestions.

I am having the same problem. Sent an email to support. Still waiting for reply. I guess they are overwhelmed with problems. Hopefully they get fixed over the winter months.

I've heard of a few folks having the same problem at my home course. I was actually able to get someone's password changed from 123456 to their own pswd. I think the transition from GAO to the RCGA interface has been a little overwhelming for Starplan.

To anyone who is having trouble with the new platform, please give me a call...I'd be happy to help you login, post scores, verify other people's Factors, etc.

The transition has been a difficult one for GAO users to get used to, but I'm confident it will become a valuable and reliable service to GAO members.

Got in - All is Fine - I think it will be a great site when the bugs are worked out. A lot more info available.
