The real problem here is your job, it's getting in the way :)

I was at the range last night and with the dark clouds I lost track of the ball flight by 6:30. I want June and July back!!

Good point. When exactly does that happen, again?

I was at Northfield range in Brantford a couple nights ago. They have lights on at night. I went out about 6:30 to hit balls. When it got completely dark I noticed I could see my ball flight excellent. so I ended up getting another small bucket of balls and hit till almost 8:30

Yes. I just have to find a way to convince my boss for paying me to be on the golf course.

I fail to see where this is your complaint. Let me hear from others in the office.
Atleast I have the decency to go in to our enviromentally controlled server room to do my flatulence release. It also helps to keep everyone the hell away from my domain.

And while we are on the topic of complaining I'd like to announce that I did not vote yesterday but would still like to retain the right to complain about the winning candidate.

Look at it this way, you'll be able to sleep in another hour before getting that first light tee time.

No way, by failing to exercise your franchise, you lose all rights to complain about the result. It so essential to go to thepolling place, get your name stroke through on the voters' list and do something even if that something is to scratch a big X across the ballot and spoil it.

Voting, even if it is for "None of the Above" by spoiling the ballot, is one of the most precious rights that we have.

The turnout in yesterday's election was barely 50% and that makes me sick.

No one who doesn't vote has any right to complain about the resulting government they get.

Sorry for the rant, but its something that I care about' big time. There are many people in this world (see burma/myanmar news recently) who are dying for the right to exercise their franchise and to have the chance to vote and have that vote mean something, nobody in this country should blow that off. the turnout should be 99%, not 50%.

If you don't vote; don't complain.

Its a waste of time to spoil your vote. They are simply destroyed by the election workers. No one keeps stats on spoiled votes. My wife was a supervisor in at a voting poll. She has worked both federal and provincial elections for the past 13 years.

Everyday, I hear it in the news how in other parts of the world, people lose their lives fighting for democracy and the right to vote. Burma is the most recent example.

And here 50% of the people could not be bothered.

Perhaps we should send the 50% non-voters to the Junta.

I guess people have learned that no matter who you vote for its the same result. Higher taxes and broken campaign promises. If the end result is the same why bother taking the time to vote?

Don't understand why MMP (proportional representation) was bombed out? There's little or no incentive to vote in a riding if there's no chance of your party winning. At least with MMP your vote would count for something...

They needed 60% of the people voting or something like that.
I don't even think that many people voted in general.

Why would we as tax payers want to pay 30 more MPP salaries - to folks we didn't vote for, from parties that could never win a riding anyway??? Huge waste of money.

Think of it this way, you vote, the world still continues. You don't vote, the world still continues. Either way the government will still spend out tax dollars foolishly and we can't do anything about it. If they want me to vote, then ask me how my taxes should be spent each time. I've worked for the government in the past, and have friends and family who still do and it's all a joke the amount of waste that happens. Can't say I'm happy to pay income taxe, then whe I buy something have more taxes taken out. But it's ok for elected officials to buy random things and expense it. Yea right!:nono:
