my wife and i kicked out our roommate, and we are now allowed to sell her stuff because she has not claimed it.

handbags, wallets, shoes, unused toiletries, dvd's, a 4000 dollar bedroom set, shoes shoes shoes, sick nike staff bag (300 dollar value) and much more
