I've always wondered if the upper torso is suppose to turn in a fan-like?

Or does the shoulders turn the arms in a screw like path around the spine

Thanks

Hit the Ball? Eureka! That's what I've been doing wrong. I thought I was supposed to just think nice thoughts at the ball....

I have to go to the driving range, this changes everything.

Hit the ball...

Genius

IMO...using these 2 examples I would pick the first one. Imagine your spine is the base of the fan, and when the fan oscilates it's similar to upper half of the body turning/rotating around the fixed axis of the spine. I always have prefered to think of moving parts in a singular fashion as opposed to individual parts, which is how I read the 2nd choice.

Thanks for the insight.
Thats what I prefer also, but nothing is helping me now.

You are on fire today.

I got slapped around by BH yesterday. She knocked me down and kicked me a couple of times despite 2 birdies. I'm just licking my wounds.
