I have a set of 2004-Big Bertha Irons.
I am only 5' 6". What is the standard height for clubs?
Do I need fitting?
Will Callaway offer fitting on these irons or is it better to go to one of
the local fitter here.

Very nice.

There's no such thing as standard in the golf industry.

Do I need fitting?

Yes. And I mean Hell yes, but I don't want to hurt your feelings.

It's better to find yourself a TLT fitter.

It's better to find yourself a TLT fitter.

Find a fitter you can understand, or who can put their theory into words that make sense for you. TLT or True Length Technology is all well and good, but the cost may not be justified for the OP.

There are several fitters here, official sponsors and unofficial, that are very, very knowledgeable and apparently very capable. Interview them, you're making an investment in them and your golf game. If you're not happy with them or the pricing, move on, they're also businessmen, they'll understand.

What's the price range of a fitting?

Pricing varies depending on what you want done.

Contact a fitter and consult with them. Reputable ones will work within a budget and maximize your investment.

Swank Golf is the sponsor here, give him a holler.
