Hi There,

After playing about 150 rounds from age 12-40 I played about 50 rounds from Sept-Nov 2007 :) and have started studying the game. Went from shooting around 90 to breaking 80 a few times late in the year. Very happy with that but want to keep progressing.

Discovered forged blades and the science of shafts recently and am gearing up to tune my game.

Found this forum and seems like the most active in Canada that I can see.

Played one course in Ontario a few years ago, forget the name but it was very flat and mostly treeless about 30 minutes north of Toronto.

Hello Richard. Welcome to the board. How's things over there in NS? Beautiful part of this nation. By the looks of the snow you've been getting it may be a while before you get back to the course. Hang in there.

Well we got a reprieve, snow left, rain and sun came, and had 4 days of "playable" weather last week, although I was the only one playing... Best day was about 8º. Annapolis Valley got up to 15º. The first couple days the ponds were still frozen over so on a couple of occasions turned into viable playing options, ice can give you an extra 30 yards :)

Snow is trying to make a comeback today though :(
