Going to be in the London area this weekend. My dad has a cribbage tournament in Mt. Brydges and I volunteered to drive him and his team. Have about 5 hours to kill, so I thought a little practice time to pass the hours.

Sad to say, London lost its only dome two years ago. It went down twice during ice storms and power outages and suffered considerable damage both times. It was patched up, but eventually Greenhills (or Clublink) decided to take it down.
However, Bob Martin's Golf on Wharncliffe Road (Hwy. 2) near Wonderland Road has indoor nets and range. I know that it is not a dome, but at least you can hit some balls. AND this weekend, they are having their annual London Golf Show sale. The London Golf Show is in town this weekend at the Hellenic (Greek) Community Centre at 133 Southdale Road, between Wharncliffe and Wonderland, so not too far from Bob Martin's. B.M. doesn't participate at the show anymore because they have found that they can do more business, by having a sale at their own store during the same weekend.
The London Golf Show is OK, but it is really a Golf Travel Show. The O.E.M.'s aren't there, just a lot of resorts from Michigan, N. Ontario, New York state, Santee, Myrtle Beach, Scottsdale, etc. Our golf group usually drops by and looks for deals in Michigan and deals can be had.

London and area now has a small indoor range at Green Hill GC. in Lambeth. It's pricey, but hey if you have an itch. I was talking to the super there last month and he mentioned it. It is no longer in the dome, but rather in their indoor tennis facility. Bob Martins golf also has nets, but twenty feet?? I guess it all depends on how bad you hurt I guess.
BTW I by NO means work and or have any vested interst in these business. LOL!! FOR REAL, not just a joke, but a joke as well!! LOL!!:D
