Just love the Myrtle Beach area for it's location to the GTA and the golf. Any thoughts on buying a condo or home in MB. Have no idea where to start? Advise/eperience good or bad appreciated.

with the Mortgage Crisis in the USA, shouldn't be too hard to find lots of property!
