19th Annual Brownie Porter Memorial Golf Tournament

Tournament Description:

Saturday August 27th, 2005 at the International Country Club (ICC) in Stevensville Ontario, the 19th annual Brownie Porter Memorial Golf Tournament will take place.

The event is organized by the Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre in memory of Orval “ Brownie “ Porter who was an active member of the Aboriginal Community in the Niagara Region. All Proceeds will go towards an Aboriginal Scholarship, which is presented to Aboriginal Students pursuing a post-secondary education.

This tournament is open to the Public and the Registration Fee is $105 Canadian or $95 U.S. and it includes:

Green fees

Golf cart (per couple)

BBQ lunch

Catered Steak Dinner

A beverage

Tournament prize

Draw for an ICC membership (Valued at $995.00)

I played there like maybe 12 years ago, remember a long but tight golf course, matured trees down both sides of the fairway, I did like this course very much.
