I play a fade and I just noticed I have an open stance at the urinal. Anybody else notice this? Sorry ladies, you don't get a vote on this one. I hope.

I would check your grip.
Would that be the full swing grip, or the "short" game grip?:D

Some how I knew this would turn into a string of one liners and that's what I was counting on. A couple of the latest threads have been heavy so I thought an ice breaker was in order. BTW I wasn't kidding about the stance. I was considering hanging around the bathrooms at golf courses to take a formal poll but I decided I was more than likely going to end up with a wedge stuck in the side of my head so I passed .

Its always good to have a light hearted thread on peeing. This thread reminds me of GoldenBear's thread on underwears. :D

I thinlk it is also important to keep your weight on the balls of your feet and don't rock back on to your heels, too easy to sway when your weight is on your heels.

I play a fade and I just noticed I have an open stance at the urinal. Try standing up rather than sitting down, you won't be quite as open.

Do you hook your shot into the urinal on your left  or pee in the other guys right pant pocket?

That was the plan. I have a suspicion Golf Digest will want to publish our findings.

well in that case I want to go on record as assuming a normal parallel putting stance with the right hand low.

Mine is a parallel-left stance, using a modified baseball grip with the forefinger extended down the shaft.:p

I try to keep my weight on my right foot, to promote a tight draw with very little splash.

That's a tough one if you've just come out of a cold water hazard.

Whatever your stance, just make sure you don't spray it all over the place. Also, just be mindful of fellow golfers before you let it go.
Thirdly, a little tap after letting go will do wonder.

We don't talk about peeing nearly enough.
The problem in the OP relates directly to the underwear-vent topic. If the "fade" is more of a "slice", it's probably because you're coming over the top.
