I can't think of any benefits to registering my clubs per say but there are lots of perks to being a member of mycallaway.ca. I've received a callaway hat (along with several members of this forum). I have new callaway balls they gave away - hopefully in the mail somewhere. Callaway holds contests - I can't remember if they are weekly or monthly - Haven't won anything yet but my fingers are crossed.

I guess the benefits of registering your clubs is like any thing you register - you have a record of it if something goes wrong or it is stolen.

I have an old Odyssey 2 ball - the serial number is on the bottom - very faintly etched in. If I look at it in one direction I can't see it but if the light hits it - I can see it.

Some people may laugh at your question, but they laugh at mine too. I had a set of cally x-14 irons. Didn't like them at all. They rusted and a few of the medallians came off. I've seen a number of rusty x-14's, but not other Callaway products. Callaway really took care of me. It's worth reg the clubs, because Callaway will actually back up their warranty.

At one time when you registered with Callaway they would send you a set of custom stickers with your name and address(or variation) for your shafts.

Too bad they stopped.
