Hosel Size for TOMMY ARMOUR MORPH irons

I searched but no luck finding the hosel size for these clubs. Does anyone know what size they are? I need to re-shaft from Rifle 5.0 to stiff.

And how does one actually figure out what size they are? Is there a tool or is it labelled somewhere on the shaft?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!
