Just wanted to pip up on how pleased I am to be a Callaway consumer. I've got a TI 454 Driver that the shaft snapped on just above the hosel. It broke back in August and I held off getting a replacment because I wanted to get fitted for the right shaft for me not a stock shaft.
However a golf trip is coming up so I said screw it and sent it back to callaway to get reshafted back to stock. The guys at the local golf store were shocked that Callaway replaced the shaft free of charge on such an old driver.
I even got a brand new grip(although I realize this wasn't Callaway's nicety rather it's just easier for them to slam in a new shaft and grip then remove my old one).
2 Thumbs up for Callaway again.

Callaway is very good that way. A number of years ago, I had an ERC that developed a rattle. I sent it back to Callaway and they sent me a brand new one. I honestly thought that I would just get mine fixed, but I guess they had different ideas.
In my experience, most golf companies are good about their equipment. My only problem ever has been with Ogio and the Schling when the clip broke. Ogio took forever (4 months...) to ship me a new bag. Mind you, Golftown just wanted to give me a discount on another bag - they didn't even want to deal with sending it to Ogio. I declined the offer and our club pro took up the battle with Ogio for me. Once the bag came back, I promptly gave it to one of the young fellas working the bag drop at the club. I now have a SunMountain 3.5.

I had them replace an 8-iron before. I snapped it around a tree branch on my follow thru trying to hit out of the bush.
It cost me $30 but they sent me a brand new 8-iron. Wasn't free but I was still pleased with the service and turn-around time.

2 days ago, the head of a MacGregoer 2 Iron came off while I was hitting indoors and I fixed at my expense, I think I should have took it back to GT and let them deal with MacGregeor :(

I had Callaway reshaft my X-Tours with PX Flighted shafts for under $200. From the fitting to the final delivery they were a pleasure to deal with. Because of the positive experience, I've sent 4 others up to their fitting centre, 3 of which replaced their irons with Cally products, 2 of which replaced their drivers with FT-5, and 1 of which replaced his wedges with a set of X-Tour wedges.
I'm a firm believer that good business generates repeat business.
