Was at Costco the other day (the one next to the Gardiner) and picked up one of the Titanium T-5's they had in stock. Think it was around $50 bucks.

From looking at the website, the T-5 might be last years model or something...anyway, it's close to the TC-400.

Exit at islington ave North. and head East on queensway for less then 5 minutes.

Bought this cart earlier this week. No water bottler holder though. Pretty decent quality for $42.99 plus taxes.
