Just recently watched Season 3, and loved it...I had lost track and thought I was up-to-date for this year, not now I have to get Season 4!
Question - did I miss an episode, or did they ever answer what happened to President Palmer's hand from the end of Season 2 to beginning of Season 3...

ps- palmer's hand mystery will be answered towards the end of season 4
my fav. season is season 4...even tho its a tad bit of unrealistic.....i'm glad it didn't let me down tho..cuz i had low expectations for season 4...
now i sort of have low expectections for season5....i mean..what else can they come up with?

They did make reference to his hand last season (4) as one of the bad girls in season 4 was the one that shook his hand, but not much more said than that. Season 2 and 3 were a let down after Season 1, but Season 4 was excellent, expecially the way it finished.

never watched 24
anyway, don't they have a different TV system standard in Europe??? Meaning, you might not be able to watch your copy unless you get it converted to our system (not cheap though)

I just love this show also. I tried to record every episode of Season 4 on my DVR, and put them on DVDs. I almost succeeded too. I didn't realize that the last 2 episodes were back to back. The timer on my DVR only recorded Episode 24. That just ruined a whole season of taping. I guess I have to buy the DVDs like I have with every other season... :p (hoping to have used that cash I saved on a new golf club... :D )

Are you sure you're not hooked on some of the "eye candy" in that show. Not too painful from that perspective is it ;) .

i keep hearing about 24 but haven't had time to watch it. It's one thing to get hooked on Harry Potter for two days, but I can't imagine getting stuck watching a program for 24 hrs straight, and since there's 4 or 5 seasons now, I'd have to hibernate for 5 days without sleep!
Is it worth it??

it actually works out to about 18 hours ( comercials cut out)
watching it weekly would drive me nuts , the box set is the way to go.
it is well worth it, we would sit down and watch 8 hours straight.
then you want more
try it out , all the cool kids are doing it!
