How are they decided? Looks to me as if they are haphazard or at least controlled by the Masters committee. I always thought that in the case of ties, the best score the previous day gets the later tee time. I.e. Mike Weir is tied with Cink and shot a 68 vs. 69 , so he should be teeing off after Cink, but that is not the case.
Also note that Tiger is the first of those @ -1 teeing off @ 1:00. Looks like that is done purposely to see if he can make a move prior to the weather changing and get people scoreboard watching.....
The Masters Commitee would like nothing more then to see Tiger post a 67 and be in the clubhouse when the others are just making the turn.....:D
