The Launch and The Docks are good options, as you're hitting from a covered and heated tee. You can actually see where the ball is going, vs. the domes where you can only see the first 100 yards or so.
Bonus - food and "beverages"!

True, much prefer to see where my ball goes and don't forget City Core right smack dab in the middle of downtown. Launch is a great facility except for the price. I believe its around $35-40 per hour last time I went. Of course there's always the happy hour discounts etc.
Jaydog, there are domes east, west and north. One's near McCowan or Markham Rd and 401, the other is 407 and Woodbine and there's one out west at 401 near the airport. Sorry, dont remember the exact location.

Forgot about City Core.
The covered dome by the airport is just west off Dixie north of the 401. That the one you mean Focker?
There is also one in Oakville (QEW and 3rd line I think), and although I've never been there, there's one on Queen's Quay diagonally across from the Guvernment and Loblaws down there.
