Alright, so I'm wanting to take advantage of the free replay promotion Timber Ridge is offering during May.
Anyone else up for a back to back round at Timber Ridge on Sat May 31st- 9am tee off?
Thought I send this out early so people can accommodate into their schedules :D .

I too would love to join you Manny but I'm doing the 24 hr. Walk For The Cure the night before in Kingston and there's no way I could manage 18 holes, never mind 36!

Gotta work that night would only be able to play one nine most likely seeing as that course i assume is around the GTA.

I just joined TGN but I'd be up for a back to back on the 31st. Let me know if you're still orchestrating this.
Cheers!

I haven't changed my mind :D .... you sound like the type of golfer that'll want to walk all 36! (aka crazy legs?!?)
I've walked and carried for 36 a few weeks back at Savannah links but Timber Ridge isn't one I'd even think about doing that at.... :help:
It will be great if we can get a few groups intrested and get some skins action going. Its a different ball game when you've got something riding on it. Nothing too crazy though say $10/prsn

I just played this course today for the first time.
It`s a great layout and the conditions were fantastic! It was the best value of any course that I have played in Ontario (plus, we had a 2 for 1 from Southern Ontario golfer that made it a really cheap round).
The greens rolled true, the fairways were in great shape and the bunkers (that I continued to hit over and over...) were filled with sand that was soft even after some rain.
The other great aspect was the staff - the pro shop guys gave us 2 for 1 on the Twilight rate (which most courses won`t do), the starter was very helpful and the marshall offered us an extra towel due to the rain when he drove by. Our waitress in the restaurant was great too. I will definitely be back.

WOW!! thanks for the post Bjmcisaac.... the conditions you mentioned and service from the staff is exactly the same awesome experience I had here when I played at Timber Ridge for my first time last November!

Actually, the handle is my hockey nickname (I play goal...even at the ripe age of 44). Certainly NO indication of my ability (or desire) to walk 36 in a day!! :p
A bigger group with some skin action (games...not actual nudity) would be ideal. Like I said, count me in for sure and keep me posted as we build the numbers for the day!!
