hey everyone,

30 bucks for:
green fee
cart
lunch special

the fairways and the rough were in amazing condition considering the time of the year. in fact, the fairways were only patchy in a few spots and better than some of the other local courses in the peak season. the greens were a bit slow due to airifying but what do you want for november golf? lots of undulation on both the greens and the fairways.

if we have any more nice days like today, definitely worth checking out.

the deal goes until the end of this year. believe it or not, it's still pretty busy when it's a nice day. call first for tee times just in case.

fyi. you don't have to print the coupon. the rate is good till the end of the year. if your tee time is early enough, you get the lunch special. call before to confirm; my tee time was after 2 so no lunch for me that day.

Can't really give this course a good review, not because it wasn't a good course but because playing this late in the season the course conditions are different. On some holes the ball would just keep on bouncing... like hitting the cart path. Some of the greens were really fast... like putting on ice. So it would be unfair to review this course that way. But had a great time nonetheless!

glad to hear that you took advantage of the deal. i just played there on thursday and had a blast.

the fourth hole on the midlands course was ridiculously silly. one of my friends had his first 5 putt in his life; the greens were wet too.

Hey Jaydog, how goes it. I am 99.9% sure that I golfed with you yesterday at Pheasant Run. I am pretty confident because of your statement about your friend making his first 5 putt. That was a nasty green, wasn't it. This was only the second time I golfed this course ( both this week ) and it is a gorgeous course. I wish I had my camera, even though the trees are all bare. Very picturesque course, very challenging and $30.00!!!! Can't beat that. It is just great to be golfing in Ontario during November.

welcome to the forum, eddar. what a gorgeous day we had on thursday. amazing golfing weather for the middle of november. can't wait to get out there again if they remain open.
