How's it like guys and gals? Nice round for walkers? Any tips ? :)

Straighforward course, very walkable, no real elevation changes, greens were in pretty good condition a few weeks ago, fairway a little scruffy(not that I ever hit one), Water comes into play on only one hole I think. Nothing to write home about, but I like because its just around the corner from me. I must say I think it's slightly over priced too. Make sure you keep the ball in the fairway on 18.
