Newbie introduction

Just a quick note of introduction while the baby watches Baby Einstein.

Name: Robert

Occupation: Writer, National Post

Handicap: 2.5

Best score: 67 (Pacific Dunes)

Fav course: Highlands Links, Eagles Nest, Kingsbarns Links, North Berwick

I've been writing for the Post for five years in a variety of capacities, and have functioned as the paper's golf columnist for the past four years. I stumbled across this forum while looking at some stats from my blog. Please stop by and check it out -- I write there almost daily, course reviews, news, opinion... www.goingforthegreen.blogspot.com (http://www.goingforthegreen.blogspot.com/).

I also participate in several ranking panels, including Score, Ontario Golf, and Golf Digest. But mainly I just love playing, reading and writing about this wonderful game. It never ceases to keep my interested and excited.

I've enjoyed this forum a lot so far and if I can ever help anyone out with info on courses (I've played about 160 in Ontario), please let me know.

My name is Luke and I LOVE GOLF! This year marks my 4th year and possibly my breakout year...(this is what I say every year :help: )...

Anyways wanted to introduce myself and let you know that you have another golf nut in the barrel...I am working on getting my foursome together for the tournament - so I suspect that I will meet most of you there!

hahaha...I'm so sorry Robert - for stealing your thunder...I was in the Official Introduction Thread and noticed that it was closed - and I couldn't post to it...So I hit next thread - assuming that the thread continued on...but as I look back now I can see that BIG Shooter is correct...I jacked your thread...
