Highland Gate??

Hey guys,
I just played Highland Gate today and noticed that the fairways were in really bad condition. Have they been this way the whole year? Are they always this way or were they better last year? I'm just curious. It wasn't unplayable but it would be nice if they were a little better.

was fine earlier in the year.. Played it about 6 times until mid July. last year was a reconstruction year. I guess the recent water restrictions probably hurt it badly from July to mid August.

other courses seem to have recovered okay from the heat wave and are starting to green up of late.

curious...can you make the green in two at hole 4?

lol it all depends on my drive. I've made it before but for some reason I find it hard to keep my shot inbounds on that hole, it just doesn't fit my eye.

it's a 3 shot hole (driver, 3 wood + 5 iron) ...damn...600 yards in two shots is just beyond me...
