Wolf Run golf in janetville
$50 for golf n cart all day tuesday and thursday
anybody played there
is there a reason its so cheap?

It is a pretty nice course. Last time i played (in June) the conditions were very good and the greens were suprisingly fast.

The reason it is so cheap is the distance from the GTA. I live in Oshawa and it still takes me 45 minutes to get there. Many of the Lindsey area courses are a pretty good deal.

If you don't mind driving out that way, Oliver's Nest and Lindsey golf and country club are also pretty nice courses that can he played for well under $70.

Good course, good conditioning. Goofy 8th hole, but all in all it's a good track.

That 8th hole is awful. It is almost like they forgot that a golf course needs 18 holes and they realized late in construction that they needed one more hole. It is so tiny and shooved in the far cornor of the course. Why didn't they try to make it a risk/ reward short par 4. With the trees as tall as they are now, you have to be able to hit a pitching wedge 220 to have any chance of getting over the trees and still hitting the green.

220? Just hook the snot out of a 5 iron and you'll get there. :D Hopefully there's no one on the green still. Otherwise it's PW and SW, again goofy beyond belief.
