Good Price for an interesting 9 hole course


Twilight

Every night after 5pm 9 holes with cart $25.

That is a good deal. I've always liked Heather Glen. My ONLY knock on the course is finishing on a Par 3.

Not bad but I am playing Bowmanville GC for $24, that's for 18 holes at 4 pm. :eek:

Thats a pretty good deal for heather glen! I will have to see if I can make it out for 9 some time soon.

How busy does the course get/ is it tough to just walk on after 5pm?

usually not too bad for pace of play but NOT a course you want to walk unless you enjoy playing mountain goat. It is on the backside of same ridge as Dagmar and Lakeridge Ski areas very Hilly.

It is horrible for pace of play. I played the course a number of times last year. We would try to go out around 5-6:30 pm and there was often 3 groups on the second hole. The back-up would continue for the rest of the holes. I find this with many 9 hole courses. There is just never a good time to play it, because someone is always coming around to play their back 9.

If you do go, get there before 6:00 as they often close up shop and, unless you are a member, they won't let you out.

The course itself is very fun and I am excited to see what it is going to be like when they finish the next 9 holes.
