What flex are the shafts?

They would be regular flex, (it's what came standard)

I have a complete fatshaft set which is composed of:

Deep Red 365cc 9.5* driver, #3 & #5 fairways. All fatshaft woods come with Grafalloy prolite R-Flex shafts.

Set also includes 4-PW Fatshaft Tourcast irons with R-Flex original Wilson R-Flex metal shafts.

Graphite shaft with reasonable wear.
If you're starting out and need clubs to just get the feel and don't want to
spend too much $$$, these might work for you.
