Well if I do a swing and a miss at the tee I already take a one stroke penalty. I think thats enough! I think this **** out rule is funnier when it applies to the guys. Maybe they should play the whole hole that way. Drop their pants for every swing until they finish that hole! I have yet to witness such an event. Maybe next golf season.
