hmm, the Raptors are 4-4 now, are they back to reality or just in a short slump? They did have to play some tough teams though, their record could be worse.

hmm...I am a Raptors fan but I've been disappointed for the last 3 seasons! Dunno if my memory is correct. Didn't they have a better start last year and still a poor finish? Right now I think it's too soon to judge right now if it's a slump.

As I said all along....in the previous post, Raptors always have a way of starting off well and finish abismally.....4-0 and now they're 4-4.....ahaha....man.......

It was also funny to hear VC preaching that nobody drives to the basket when he is the biggest offender of them all!!

oh oh...they lost another one! I have a Carter jersey and I don't even want to wear it at the games anymore. My fav Raptor is Bosh. I think he is getting better and better every year.

IMO, I think Carter is to blame. He looks like he's disinterested in certain parts of the game. Sometimes, the entire game. Looks like he only plays hard when he's playing against another superstar. In the game against the Clipper's, in the 3rd quarter, the Clips went on a 16-4 run or something like that and at a time-out, all the Raps were angry and showed emotion, except for VC, he's still smiling and walking back.
I think if he wanted to, he can carry the Raps, he's good enough but he just doesn't have heart right now.
I seriously think he's just playing because he's under contract and doesn't want to add controversy by sitting out. His heart is nowhere in Toronto. I'm glad management won't just trade him for nothing though.
