To add to this list. We have all played a number of these course's. The ones I am going to try and check off my list for this time next year are:

12 – Fox Harb’r

14 – Redtail

39 – Wooden Sticks

41 & 93 – Angus Glen

42 – Derrhurst Highlands

77 – Mont Bruno

89 – Grandview

That would give me 21 of 100. Long way to go to get the rest, I guess I will have to move to BC and Alberta for a year.

22 of them....
Hamilton and King Valley being my favourite.
The courses in between Hamilton and King Valley that I've played: Redtail, Paintbrush, Wolf Creek, Glen Abbey, Westmount, Mt Kidd, Pulpit, Deer Ridge, Osprey Heathland are decent but King Valley is one of my favourite courses.

I've played 76 of them, but I'm also on the panel, so I guess that's expected. Of the ones I haven't played, I'm only anxious to see Royal Colwood and Essex in Windsor.

Some stuff I don't care about -- like Hecla in Manitoba -- but there are some things I'm missing that are strong, like Royal Ottawa, Eagle Creek, and Mad River, in Ontario. I guess you just can't get to everything, as it is such a big country. But I've played all of the Top 25, for what it is worth.

Alright, so I've only played 11.

Does anyone else wonder WTF this guy was thinking when he made this list.

How does Glen ScAbbey even make the list, much less be higher than Banff Springs?

Heron Point ain't on my top 100 and I have only played one of his top ten.

Is this the guy whos retiring?

Beats me 'cause I played the Abbey just prior to the 2004 Bell Cdn Open which was my first time there. YAWN! I can't believe it made it to the SCORE top 100 list and I can't believe non-ClubLink people will pay THAT much to play it. I'd play Angus Glen's South course twice (after 12noon of course) over playing the Abbey.

60. Heron Point Golf Links

as for the list, it's compiled by a bunch of golf writers....everyone has different criteria for what makes a great course. The list is supposed to bring up debate.

as for the retiring guy (bogey man), I don't think he's part of the panel.
