So who's going to answer their golf itch and go down south this winter? I went down to Santee, SC last March and played 5 rounds in 3 days. Was great to be able to golf in March but I wasn't too impressed with Santee. Some great courses but nothing that "wowed" me. I think I have to go to Myrtle Beach or Arizona next for some jaw dropping scenery and golf. Anyone got any good recommendations or good links to find info?

This might be sacrilege on this site but do any of your packages include things to do besides golf? If I go on vacation, golf is just one of the things I want to do, but 5 games in 3 days might be a bit boring for me. At most 2 games in 3 days... anything? And no spas please. Poker and golf sounds fun but that's in Vegas.

The only activity we include in our packages is golfing. Of course, there is the Beach and you can go to this website http://www.broadwayatthebeach.com/ and check out the Nightlife, Entertainment, Shopping and Dining links; there you will find lots of activities to do besides golf. If you want to send me the details of your golf trip, we can provide you with a customized golf vacation package.

Thanks,

I recommend Virginia. Went there the past two March's and got to play some nice courses (Top 100 Public in the US). Problem is, weather is still iffy as it is only 12 hours away from Toronto. Has gotten up to like 20 degrees or been as low as 4-5 degrees. Nice courses though at great prices.

Oh I would LOVE to go on a golf vacation during the winter months.

Has anyone ever golfed in the Carribean? I heard that Bahamas, Caymans, Dominican, Costa Rica, Jamaica, are some great destinations for golf. And I know that right now before January they have really cheap flights to those destinations. Any recommendations on a specific golf course?
