TSN is carrying the broadcast, I think it came on at noon. (Not sure, I was golfing then :D )
As for Mr Woods being -40 after 72 holes, uhhhhhhhh no. He finished -4, four shots back of Bart Bryant and two behind The Goose.

Tiger probably had about 4 lipouts in the front nine. Could've made a difference if they went it.
Congrats to Bart though. He played amazing all four days.
