I think she'll succeed on the lpga before michelle wie...especially after the whole "michelle wie is special, she can turn pro now. You are not special, you cannot turn pro until you are 18."

The reason she did not turn pro was she wanted to compete in her Highschool State Golf Championship, which she won this year. In fact if she gets her LPGA Card she will be playing in LPGA Events before she is 18. She just won't be able to have her earnings count towards official LPGA earnings until she turns 18, on May 23/06

A for Morgan crying after the USGA Women's Open, wouldn't you cry if the victory was snatched out of your hands on the last hole by a freak bunker shot?

I personally feel that Morgan has a much more solid game than Wie. Sure she isn't as long off the tee, but she has proven herself at the highest level of Womens Amateur golf, something Wie has not done nor will be able to do now.

Wie once again attempted to make the cut in a Men's event and went +2 on the last two hole to miss the cut again. I think she would be better off playing women's events for now. But cash talks so that is why she is in the odd Mens tournaments.

The LPGA said they would not grant anyone under 18 official status on the tour, unless they qualify according to Carolyn Vesper Bivens, LPGA commissioner.
