You bet!! Whenever we get an all guys 4some we almost always play for Skins, $1/hole...nothing big, I wouldn't want to win all my friends money..hehe, we sometimes add in $1 on the par 3's for closest to the pin...one time, we got a group of 12 and played a Ryder Cup style match, but unfortunately my team lost.
