Does anyone have any infomation on this "grass roots tour"?
How is it run?
What is a typical day like for the players?
Do they use caddies?
Do they need volunteers?
Can anyone on this board help me with these questons?

The Grass Roots Tour owner is a member of this forum, I'm sure he'll let you know all of the details soon.

Someone has already posted a link to the info since it would take me forever to retype it with my weak "find and peck" typing skills.
But the tour could definately use some volunteers as starters. I'd like to see two volunteers doing this important job at each event. Since the schedule has evolved and the events are quite far apart, it might be benfitial to have volunteers from different regions.
If any of you are interested in coming out to volunteer you can PM or email me for more details. We will get you something for your efforts.

From what I hear or read on this forum there are many tours in Ontario. TGN is affliated with the MulliganTour at the moment and that's why the previous post. Racmbs.
Foreonthefloor, you are not a new member however, you may not know this but IF you are really interested in GrassRootsTour...all you needed to do was click on a fellow TorontoGolfNuts.com member's signature. GRT is a very active member on our forum and is actually the TOP POSTER on our site. Isn't that right Will?

Oh boy,
First off, for the record I do not know GRT or have any affiliation to the grass roots tour. I was simply looking for some information about the tour.
I thought it would be funny to post it the way I did because I knew I would get a quick response. I didn't realize it was forbidden to discus things that are not affiliated with TGN. Its not like the grass roots tour is a secret on this board, like you said GRT is the most active member.
GRT sorry to bring you bad press it was not my intention.

GRT sorry to bring you bad press it was not my intention.Sorry, just to clarify, there was nothing wrong with your post, that's why it wasn't removed. And no one's limited to only talking about things that are affiliated to this forum, please discuss your opinions freely!
Your wink at the end made me think you were affiliated with GRT and I just wanted to come up with a smart remark, I like to poke fun at him. And I mentioned the MulliganTour as part of my smart remark, not because we're affiliated with them.
I didn't think it would get this sensitive either, but no harm done here. Happy posting!
