Yea, I totally agree, service is bad and food is not fresh at all.

Anybody knows if the PASS / FAIL inspections are still being done? Do people really check if the restaurant they are going to has passed the inspection?

The Green/Yellow/Red, Pass/Fail inspections are still being done in Toronto only. Anything outside of Toronto gets random inspections from the Ministry of Health but there are no visible notices posted up on the door.
I own a restaurant in Newmarket and I get randomly checked from time to time. Keeps you on your toes to keep things clean and how to prepare and store food properly. BTW, I pass everytime!! :D

Spring Rolls any of the various locations!
I know its not suppose to be authentic but the portions and the prices of the appetizers/entrees and so forth suck. Theres a lot of better places that serve better tasting food/portion and better atmosphere. TONS OF thai places in the teedot!

I think people pay for the ambiance, but there's definitely better Thai restaurants... though I think they're trying to go with Thai fusion.
