Brand new, unlocked for use on any GSM network. Comes with charger and twp-prong adapter as this phone was purchase as a gift for me over-seas. Also comes with Nokia HDC-5 ear piece and Nokia user guide. Pics to those who are serious and local pickup is encouraged.

The ear-piece is not the right one for this phone, so it is not included. Price for the phone is now $120 based on current market value.
