man, this looks nice... too bad I don't have the cash... I would trade you my R7, mizuno mx-17 irons, and mizuno bag for it though... lol

lol, sorry, no trades at the moment. I have my TM set already. :) But just imagine using this camera in taking all the awesome pictures on the golf course...just don't shoot too much to slow down your pace... :)

Out of curiosity, did you ever take the Rebel out to the course? I was considering the purchase of the Rebel XT or the Nikon D70, but always came back to "it's just too bulky for the course". I ended up buying a nice little p&s - the Casio EX-Z750 and think that it's going to be great for 'everyday' stuff. I've still got the urge to get the Rebel or Nikon, though.

Yes I have actually, only to nice courses though or when I'm travelling and driving a golf cart. It's not too bulky to put in the back of the cart. I used to be like you bringing my p&s but it's just not the same. I'm sure you have times when you are holding out your p&s, you would be thinking, I wish I have a D-Slr 'cause you simply don't want to miss the moment or that shot you travelled so far for.
Let me know if you decide otherwise.
