Howdy from an old duffer.
I hacked around golf courses for around 20 years until early 90's, when I hurt my shoulder. Since I hardly ever broke 100, I said the heck with it. But, to make a long story a little shorter, last spring I went back at it. My shoulder didn't hurt much and it was fun. I've taken a few lessons. I'm still hacking and it's been a blast. Last season, I was lucky enough to play in Eastern Ontario, Quebec, Wawa, South Dakota, and Nebraska.
I can't get over the changes in equipment in the last ten years -- so much more user friendly.
As you can tell I love to talk about golf. Thanks for having me.

Hello to you

redDo you have a home course in this area? I play out of Trillum Wood. With a handle like that I gotta wonder if you know something about Canterdown?

I've played Trillium a few times. Took some lessons there. But I'm not a member of a course. I haven't ridden a horse in years.

Thanks. Re joining a club. I'm thinking of getting a partial membership, mainly to gain access to practice facilities.
