Hey Ems,
While I'm a homeowner and not in the rental market, I think you've definitely got a great building and location. If I were you I'd go down the street to the CBC Broadcast Centre and post a few flyers advertising the condo. There's other places in that hood to post it, but the thing about the CBC is there's lots of ppl who get transfered there from out of town and need a crash pad for use b/w Mon and Thurs for eg. Just a thought...
