I hate to say it but I think Tiger's going to have a great year in 2005. He seems to have figured out his new swing. How many wins do you think he'll have in the upcoming season?

i think less than 6! having multiple wins on the tour is already impressive though!

I'll go out on a limb and say 1 and it will be a Major.

i think he'll have a multi-win next year with a major..but it most likely won't be more than 6

On Friday I watched Tiger at the Target Challenge hit a two-iron from 275, yes 275, and he stuck it, yes stuck it, to five feet. I can't think of any one else on tour who has the ability to "stick" a long iron from such a distance with that kind of control. I think he's back, and so predict a plus 6 win season. Can't wait for next year...

if the way he has played in the last 2 tourneys is an indication of his new swing, i'm going with tiger to win 6 or more with one of them being a major.

How many wins did Tiger have back in 2000? Wasn't it 11? If Tiger is back then he can definitely win at least 6 in 2005. I predict more than 6 wins and at least 1 major. ;)

Let's see, there's another World Golf Tournament, and the season- ending Tour Championship...that ouhgta do it for Tiger...guess Mikey Weir (who plays about as much as Tiger) ain't gonna take many more shots at WINNING this year, and thus he won't be at the Tour Championship!!??

:D , atleast I got 1 out of 2 correct. The other prediction might not fly...
There's atleast 3 tournaments remaining for Tiger, the Deutsche Bank Championship, WGC - Amex, and the Tour Championship.....

I'm sure if he really wanted to up his chances of winning this past weekend, he'd have played in the PGA event instead .. could've given defending-champ Vaughn Taylor a good challenge ... (but then again, w/ Taylor setting a course record for the RTO, maybe not.):(
are his golf shirts going on sale @ Sear's this week?

Guess he's been too busy playing at his "Home Course....Taboo!"
...what a lode of MARKETING B.S., does he EVER play there!?
When?
If he's not on-tour, he lives with his family in Utah, right?
Or at the most, IF he comes to CANADA, it's to visit his folks in the Sarnia-area, or for the Candian Open (which I suspect he'd pass on, if he wasn't Canadian!), or for PROMOTIONAL reasons such as The President's Cup press-conference in Montreal
...does he slide up to Taboo for a quick 18?
hmmm, do I sound like a Conspiracy Theorist or just Anti-Weir!?

Weirsy do actually play at Taboo a few times a year. I have some buddies that work up there that have seen him there quite a few times this golf season.
