How to post video clip of my HORRIBLE swing

I guarentee you that NOBODY has as bad a swing as I have. I used to think that since my golf game was avg (20-25 handicap) that my golf swing was decent. I knew it had problems but after taking some video in Myrtle beach WOW do I need help.

I want to post some clips, but I am clueless on how to do this.
Can someone give me a step by step dummies how to on this?

I tried a search but came up short.
