Best player to never win a Major?

Lefty used to wear this label until he won the Masters so who do you think is the best player out there now to never have won a Major? Padraig Harrington has never won a PGA Tour event and has finished 2nd a ton of times. I think he's due up for one. Sergio Garcia is another as well as Darren Clarke. Both play well but can't seem to pull it off at the Majors.

some of those guys on the list is not even over 30 years old...they shouldn't be on the list yet!

Garcia's been on tour for 6 years now and has been ranked in the top 10 for awhile. He's won 6 or 7 PGA tourneys and contended in a ton of others. He also has played in 2 Ryder Cups. I might be wrong about this, but I believe Garcia has more worldwide wins than Padraig does. He definitely has more PGA wins. I think he qualifies to have the tag.
