If you're not familiar with SMT, they are the #1 brand in long drive competitions. The Babylon is the highest end SMT driver model, using the same technology as the ERC fusion.

SMT Babylon driver 9 degrees loft, RH (Launch angle is 9.7 degrees)
Shaft: Accuflex Competition stiff flex, 45.5"
Grip: Golf Pride Tour wrap
Come with matching headcover with magnetic neck strap
Condition: 9/10, has only been hit at range, no scuff marks anywhere.

Asking for 195$cdn.

Retails for ~340$cdn (Head 230$, Shaft 110$)

Email me at jsunsun@hotmail.com if interested. I'm located in GTA, willing to ship at buyer's expense.

My friend prefers my 9 degree over his own 10 degree Babylon. Therefore, if you prefer a 10 degree loft, he may be willing to take mine and sell his. His driver specs are:

SMT Babylon driver 10 degrees loft, RH (Launch angle is 10.7 degrees)
Shaft: Fujikura Vista Tour 60 X-stiff flex, 45.5"
Grip: Don't remember
Come with matching headcover with magnetic neck strap
Condition: 9/10, has only been hit at range, no scuff marks anywhere.

I HATE to get sell this club, but I shouldn't be keeping two main drivers. I bought both (because I couldn't decide which to buy) a Bang-O-Matic and SMT Babylon as a driver upgrade to my old TM580XD. After many driving range sessions, I'm still undecided to which I prefer (Bang or SMT). Don't think I'll be able to decide, so I just to sell the one with a higher market value, which is the SMT Babylon.

Jsunsun, I guess it is really hard to decide between two excellent drivers strictly hitting them on a range. Good luck with the BOM!. Bang-ON!

OBVIOUSLY you need to buy ANOTHER driver that will knock BOTH of them out of the bag. Might take 10 or 12 attempts but I'm sure you'll find one out there somewhere.:D

In the meantime, it is only a matter of time before either the BOM or Babylon screws up and stops working for you. They're drivers so of course they're temperamental - its in the job description! Then you know which to get rid of first.

I've always wanted to try the SMT stuff, but for me, as the saying goes, it's the Indian and not the arrows. :D Otherwise, I'd ho it and try it out.

Then you know which to get rid of first.Well, let's hope that doesn't happen soon. Constantly switching drivers is getting too expensive. Everytime I get a new driver, I tell myself, so expensive, no new driver for at least 4 years, but still somehow menage to switch drivers every year. This time, I'll keep the BOM for 4 years! haha! we'll see!

haha! that's right! however, you can be the indian with the arrow, or the indian with the gun! The Babylon is the only SMT I've tried, but from all the discussions in other forum, they make super high quality product with amazing customer service.

I forgot to add, for those interested buyers, SMT offers LIFETIME WARRANTY on the driver head. If it breaks, regardless of cause, SMT will replace it for you for free and even reimburse the return shipping cost. Not kidding! no catch! ...regardless of who and where you bought the SMT driver from. Simply contact SMT and they will replace it.

I'm lucky if I can go 4 months!

Hahahahaha...If that's the case, we will see many casualties as I fire the gun into the opposing fairways. :p

I have heard nothing but good things about SMT products and their service. SMT's owner is very active on TGC board and is always around for support. Someone buy this and lend it to me. :D
