Can't help you with the tickets, but Fort York would be cool. Anyway just wanted to comment on the "battle for evermore"....awesome I'm huge a Zeppelin fan. My old roomate said it best when he said "if you're talking about rock bands in the 70's, there was Led Zeppelin and then there was everyone else".

Led Zeppelin for sure. I'm still looking for tickets for the hip show. If you ask me, I think the hip could go have gone toe to toe with almost any band in the 70's. They know how to rock it...that's why I really want to find tickets. Keep me in mind if you hear of anything. Thanks!

I saw The HIp at Molson Ampitheatre a few summers back. Best Hip show I've ever seen and I've seen them about 6 times, one of them was at the Hummingbird. Try going to FIJI site. This is a local advertising site. You pick your city and go to the applicable section which would be tickets in your case. It has all the local listings of items for sale. Good Luck!!

I saw The Hip at Molson Amphitheatre a few summers back. Best Hip show I've ever seen and I've seen them about 6 times....

I saw Zep at the Miami Sportatorium shortly before their demise (aka John Bonham's suicide!), they were in Good form, but you could tell something was wrong....i.e. CODA!!!!
I saw The Hip at The Diamond on Sherbourne St. in Toronto around the time they were releasing "Up To Here", they were Excellent, but, like the band R.E.M., they seemed to lose a bit of their 'edge' after "Road Apples", but their fan-base GREW!? Who knew, Not I!:(
...thank God, I found Rap & Electronica!!:shhh:
(yes, really...haven't bought (yes buy:eek: ) a Hip CD since, but I did buy some Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Paul Van Dyk & Tiesto!)

Found a pair on eBay.

The guy had a bit of a confusing listing so I was able to get a pair for $110US shipped.

Freakin'eh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait.
